The spritesheet cropping issue

First off, let me say Thank You! for your work on DXGL. It has worked beautifully in most older applications I've tried!
The freeware indie platformer, Cave Story for instance, runs with almost zero issues. There is, however, one oddity that shows up with a particular weapon's projectile.

The Blade lvl 3. When using DXGL, the weapon's graphics seem to be incorrectly cropped, or maybe it's showing more of the graphic than it should be.

This link contains a copy of a Cave Story mod that will load right to the problem. (900KB) So you can test it in action.
Just run doukustu.exe, load game, and press Z (or was it X?) to fire the gun in question. I did leave 0.5.6's ddraw.dll in the directory, you might need to delete that first?

With DXGL it will look something like the attached screenshot.
(Under the game's data folder, you can see Bullet.bmp for the spritesheet the gun uses.)

If controls are non-responsive besides ESC, run DoConfig.exe, and uncheck Use Gamepad.
